I sampled a perset beats that were similar but still different, then i added deep 3 to each preset beat, so as it changed to each new preset beat i would mix up the deep as well creating 3 feelgood measures that go well together
I really like the way you changed the pitch to mix it up a little. Although, it sounds a bit repetitive. Maybe next time create another pattern with a different bass rythm to make it more catchy. Nice work!
The bass is in a register that is almost too high. It's a fast tempo so it works, but consider moving it lower for a more dramatic effect. I like the line though, it sticks in my head. A good sign of a quality riff.
Nice job jesse. i like how u just sample the bass beat in the beggining, then go all out at the end. very flashy. Although the drums dont really sync with the bass to well.
The bass was very interesting in this one, and that is not a bad thing. I agree with Mr.Rabuse's comment on the bass being too high, tone it down in the future. It was simple and fun and I loved it.
I really like the way you used the bass and the way the whole song comes together. Creative!
